Innovation Entrepreneurship Centre “Tehnopolis” hosted a Career Day that they organized in partnership with faculties of philosophy and philology, Career Centre of University of Montenegro, Montenegrin Employers Federation and the project Edukacija.me.
Career Day was intended for students and young people who had the opportunity to gain information on services for students and youth provided by Tehnopolis and Career Centre and acquire additional knowledge on the issues within their study programmes.
On behalf of Montenegrin Employers Federation, a lecture titled Career: step by step, was held by Danilo Nikovic, HR Director at brewery “Trebjesa” – a member company of MEF Management Board. Danilo presented his own professional experience and the way he built his career, emphasising the necessity of permanent investment in acquisition of new knowledge, working and volunteering experiences and presented what kind of characteristics and attitudes of young job applicants were appreciated by the employer such as the brewery.
MEF participation in this event is the result of earlier agreed cooperation between Tehnopolis, Edukacija.me project and University of Montenegro Career Centre aimed at increasing the employability of youth and stimulating their entrepreneurial mind-sets.
