Women in Management in Montenegro – Support to Leadership and Professional Development of Women in Montenegro

Women in Management in Montenegro – Support to Leadership and Professional Development of Women in Montenegro is realized by MEF with financial support by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

The project is realized within a regional project Promoting Inclusive Labor Market Solutions in the Western Balkans implemented jointly by the ILO and the UNDP and financed by Austrian Development Agency (ADA).

The overall goal of the project is to support women leadership and professional (career) development of women in Montenegro.

Specific objectives are:

• The analysis of current situation and possible changes in economic empowerment of women at work
• Support to development of corporate culture that provides for inclusive environment and leadership of both women and men
• Promotion of the role and importance of women leadership and female managers' potential in public
• Contribution and active support to women managers in their career development.
