The workshop was held within the project “Tourism is people” and organized by MEF. The workshop was attended by MEF members and representatives the tourism branch of Confederation of Trade Unions.
With an aim to exchange knowledge and experience from EU and Slovenia, workshop panelists were Kerstin Howald from European Federation of Food, Agriculture and Tourism Trade Union, Anže Hiršl, representative of Slovenian Association of Employers (ZDS) and Maja Skorupan, Project Manager at ZDS.
The main topics presented at the workshop were European social dialogue in tourism sector, social dialogue in Slovenia, good practices examples of social dialogue in tourism at EU level, as well as EU passport of qualifications in tourism.
