At the invitation of the Trade Union of Turkish Metal Industry, representatives of Montenegrin Employers Federation took part in the XX Congress of Women, held on 7 March 2015 in Ankara.
Congress participants were representatives of international organizations, political parties, Universities, Ministries, Trade Unions, NGOs and diplomacy.
