At gala ceremony organised by MEF in hotel Hilton in Podgorica, Montenegrin companies received MEF awards for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for 2016. With this act the MEF continued the practice initiated two years ago aimed at public promotion of good practices examples of corporate social responsibility in Montenegro and those companies that have established and implemented such practice.
For the most consistent implementation of CSR policies in its business operations – in all 3 categories, the MAIN AWARD for 2016 went to the company SAVA MONTENEGRO.
In the area of “care about employees” the prizes were awarded to HG BUDVANSKA RIVIJERA (in the category of large companies), MONTENOMAKS LOGISTICS & CONTROL (in the category of medium-sizes enterprises) and to MITROVIC CO and YELLOW EVENT SERVICE (in the category of small enterprises).
In the area of “care about the environment” the prizes were awarded to TELENOR and CRNOGORSKI ELEKTROPRENOSNI SISTEM (category: large companies).
In the area of “care about community”, awards were taken by SOCIETE GENERALE MONTENEGRO and CRNOGORSKI TELEKOM (in the category of large companies), HIPOTEKARNA BANK, HBC COCA COLA and CEROVO (in the category of medium-sizes enterprises), while in the category of small enterprises the award went to MONTENEGRO UP CONSULTING.
The Recognition for efforts invested in incorporation of CSR principles into business was awarded to the company HEMOMONT while the Recognition for socially responsible media campaign was given to RADIO AND TELEVISION OF MONTENEGRO.
