Synergy of all business associations leads to improvement of business climate

Business associations in Montenegro are ready to cooperate jointly and by using synergy to impact more strongly the decision-makers in terms of improving the environment for the operations of their members, Montenegrin companies.

The meeting attended by the chairmen of the business associations was held in the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro and it was stated that it is necessary to timely involve business community in the preparation of the legislation regulating business environment.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Vlastimir Golubović, President of the Chamber of Commerce, and it was attended by Mr. Vojo Banović, President of the Assembly, Mr. Pavle D. Radovanović, Secretary General to the Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Marija Šuković, Executive Director of the Montenegrin Foreign Investors Council, Ms. Svetlana Vuksanović, President of the Montenegrin Employers Federation, Ms. Suzana Radulović, Secretary General, Mr. Mirza Mulešković, representative of the MEF, Mr. Marko Miročević, Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Budimir Raičković, President of the Managers Association of Montenegro, Ms. Anđela Radosavović, Executive Director of the AMM and Mr. Slavoljub Popadić, President of the CEO Forum as well as Ms. Bojana Kalezić and Mr. Milan Dragić, Managers in the Montenegro Business Alliance.

There were preliminary discussions on labor law, business climate, dual education, digitalization and grey economy, key topics of the Montenegrin economy that would be discussed further on at the future meetings between the representatives of the associations.


These topics were presented by the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Mladen Perazić, Head of Department for Training and Quality, Ms. Nina Drakić, Head of Department for Analysis and Research and Ms. Nada Rakočević, Secretary of the ICT Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. The participants agreed that there is room for joint action in all of these areas and that those associations that are already involved together with the decision makers in the processes of improvement in these areas should be supported.
