The first partner meeting was held today in Podgorica, as a beginning of the project '' Stronger social dialogue in the Western Balkans ", financed by the European Union. Montenegrin Employers Federation is the project leading organization, while the employers’ organizations from Albania, Macedonia, Serbia, Republic of Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina are project partners.
Target groups of the project are the employers 'organizations from countries participating in the project, their member companies, governments and trade unions in participating countries. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of social partner in the countries participating in the project which will contribute to the development of social dialogue at national but also at regional level.
