Montenegrin Employers Federation (MEF) is an independent, non-governmental, non-political and not-for-profit organization based on voluntary membership.

Montenegrin Employers Federation is an umbrella and representative organization of employers, its membership comprising entrepreneurs, SMEs, large economic entities, employers’ associations at sector and municipal level as well as NGOs.

MEF Mission: MEF protects the interests of employers, improves business climate and promotes entrepreneurship and responsible business practice with an aim of creating strong economy and prosperous Montenegro.

MEF Vision: “A business environment where all citizens will have the opportunity for permanent and stable employment.”

By becoming a member of MEF, your company will have the possibility to:
